1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only within 7 days of the date of delivery, and only under the following conditions:
Product Verification Requirement
Customers must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery. This video will be required to verify product quality, condition, and fabric details in case of any return or exchange request. Returns or exchanges without this proof may not be accepted.
✔️ Eligible Return Conditions:
The product received is incorrect or not as described.
The garment is defective or damaged (e.g. torn embroidery, broken mirror/glass embellishments).
The product size does not fit, and the item is in its original, unworn condition with tags intact.
❌ Not Eligible for Return:
Returns due to change of mind or personal preferences.
Minor issues related to embroidery threads, bead/mirror fall-off during transit, or natural fabric inconsistencies.
If the product is used, washed, or altered in any way.
If the item matches the description and quality standards but is rejected for subjective reasons
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Refunds will only be issued in the event of a verified technical error on our website during the product purchase process. Such errors must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of the transaction, along with valid proof (e.g., payment confirmation, error screenshots).
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days to the original payment method.
For all other cases, returns will be processed as follows:
Exchange for the same product in a different size (subject to availability), or
Store credit equal to the purchase value, valid for future purchases on our website.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include:
Order ID
Product images clearly showing the issue
Reason for return
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own cost.
4. Conditions for Return Acceptance
Returned items must meet the following criteria:
In unused and unworn condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact
No stains, perfumes, or signs of wear
Accompanied by the original invoice
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Clear unboxing video.
Photos of the received item and packaging
We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
