1. General

The website is owned and operated by Ruhy Boutique.
All content, including text, images, designs, product descriptions, and pricing, is the intellectual property of Ruhy Boutique and may not be copied or used without permission.

2. Product Accuracy

We strive to display and describe products as accurately as possible, including color, fabric, and embellishment.
However, minor variations in embroidery, fabric finish, or color may occur due to lighting, device screen resolution, or handwork uniqueness. These are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis based on stock availability.
Ruhy Boutique reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failures, pricing errors, or unforeseen reasons. Full refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless mentioned otherwise.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Refunds are only genrated when there are Errors from our technical Issue During Product Purchasing.
Refunds are Genrated with 4 – 5 Business Days
Returns are accepted within 7 days only in the following cases:
- If the size does not match the order placed.
- The item must be unused, untouched, and in its original condition.
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described (e.g., improper embroidery, low fabric quality, etc.)
A flat fee of ₹199 will be charged for returns. Any additional return-related charges will be borne by the customer.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging for returns to be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor thread variations, Colors and Size.
- Glass particles, sequins, or decorative elements that are intentionally part of the design
- Delay in delivery due to external courier issues

5. Shipping

We ship across India without any Shipping charges

6. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse or exploit the website for illegal purposes.
You shall not engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or misuse of customer or product data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, product images, and designs on this site are owned by Ruhy Boutique and protected under Indian copyright law.
Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ruhy Boutique is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
